After building a creative design career in the arts and corporate environment, Marianne chose to pursue a career in the health and fitness field. Her interest in massage peaked after a 7-day, 500-mile bike ride with 2000 riders, during which she took advantage of a tent dedicated solely to massage and found pain relief and healing, as well as improved performance for the next day’s ride.
Marianne is a graduate of Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy, Newington, CT, a member of the American Massage Therapy Association, and is licensed through the State of Connecticut. She is also on the AMTA Connecticut Chapter's Sports Massage Team. She provides a personalized massage guided by your individual needs and preferences and through any of a suite of modalities, including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, Hot Stone Therapy and Thai Massage.

It was my first time at Body Wellness for a 90 minute massage. I was overdue for one, and had a lot of tight spots. My LMT was great, she really did an excellent job on my trouble areas.
