  About Your Session...

  • First time clients should plan to arrive approximately 15 minutes prior to their scheduled session to fill out a brief questionnaire.
  • You will be able to choose from a variety of relaxing music or the sounds of the ocean, gentle rain, waterfall, or summer night to listen to during your session.
  • You will be allowed ample time, in the privacy of the massage room, to remove whatever clothing you are comfortable with and to lie on the gently heated table under a sheet and light blanket.
  • Once your session is completed, you may take as much time as you need to collect yourself and get dressed.
  • Remember to drink plenty of water in the 24 hours following your session to help flush toxins from the body.
