Deep Tissue Massage is generally a fully body massage using a wider range of techniques to focus on specific areas of the body to gain relief from pain or to help facilitate healing from an injury. It is a deeper massage using advanced techniques to zone in on the trouble spots. Moist heat and special oils are sometimes incorporated into the session. Pressure is always modified to each individual's own preference.
